Vicky Richardson

Vicky is Head of Procedure within the Business Services team where she leads the Programme Management Office (PMO), Data and Analytics, Governance and Systems teams. Vicky joined the Healthcare Safety Investigation Branch (HSIB) in 2018 as a Maternity Investigations Team Leader and has since held a number of senior roles within the programme.

A registered Paramedic, Vicky worked for the London Ambulance Service before becoming Clinical Lead for the NHS 111 service across Kent, Surrey and Sussex. She is passionate about patient safety, quality and service improvement, supporting MNSI’s commitment to learning and improving outcomes for women, babies and families.
